“Rochester uses Student Voice Committees to improve their school by engaging non-traditional leaders. Student Voice Committees are advocacy focused student councils that makes policy recommendations to the school administration. Not only do they transform their school, they are able to transform students. Students who are used to being reprimanded for behavioral instances become the school's biggest proponents.”
